How to Access Your Health Reports:
Contact Us: Call us at 416-253-5111 or send us an e-mail at trinitymedicalimaging@gmail.com requesting for online access and a member of our team will gladly assist you. Please note that online access can only be picked up in person and that there is an image storage fee of $10.00 required to create your account.
Secure Login: Your unique username and password ensure that your health information remains confidential. Patients are required to pick up their secure log in information with valid forms of identification. If you haven't received your login details, please contact our clinic.
Explore Your Health Reports: Once logged in, you will have access to your X-ray and Ultrasound reports. Feel free to explore and download them for your records.
